Is Overwork Culture a New Normal? Rethinking from Psychological Detachment Perspective.

Previous studies have shown and proven that employees need temporary detachment from their work to recharge re-energize for the next day with similar enthusiasm. But pressures overwork culture become a buzzword every corporate follows, are bound face it. This study investigates impact of (OWC) on employee longevity (EL). Further, it examines mediating role psychological (EPD) linkage between OWC EL. It aims develop relationship longevity, which can be referred further show how important former's is organization's welfare.
